It is dated 1893 and presumed to be a first edition. The red and white cloth boards with gold printing are soiled with slight staining. The owner’s name is written inside and the pages are lightly toned. It is 188 pages long and measures 7 by 4.5 inches. This book is still tight and a delightful story from a child’s perspective at the turn of the century.
