The Fannie Farmer Cookbook

This cookbook is the thirteenth revised edition published October 16, 1990 and is re-jacketed with a new note for the 100th anniversary, October 1996. It was published by Alfred A. Knopf, New York. This cookbook by Marion Cunningham celebrates the Centennial of  “The Fannie Farmer Cookbook” originally published as “The Boston Cooking-School Cook Book.” This edition has 325 new recipes and is illustrated by Lauren Jarrett. The book has 874 pages and measures 9.5 by 7 inches. The colorful boards are glazed to repel stains so there probably was no dust jacket. The condition is very good, exceptionally clean and tight.
