This book of the favorite recipes and menus of the famous hostess, Lamora S. Gray, features West Coast foods and has a special section of Hawaiian dishes. It is dated 1956 and presumed a first edition. The two-colored cloth boards are in very good condition. The colorful dust jacket is also in very good condition. There is one very small closed tear at the top edge of the spine and the dust jacket. The decorated end papers have lists of spices and their uses. It measures 8.75 by 5.75 inches and has 256 pages. This specialty cookbook has some unusual recipes featuring West Coast and Hawaiian cuisine, however they use ingredients which are readily available to everyone.
