This book Orange and Green: A Tale of the Boyne and Limerick, is a fictional story about Ireland and the adventures of two boys during the Williamite Wars. It was written by George A. Henty and illustrated by Gordon Browne. Published by M. A. Donahue & Co., Chicago, there is no date but probably circa 1900. The green cloth boards have a printed pictorial cover in orange and black. There are 8 full-page illustrations by Gordon Browne. It is 295 pages long and measures 7.5 by 5 inches. The corners are slightly bumped, the previous owners name label is inside and there is slight toning throughout. Overall, this is a nice tight copy.
