Daffodils Outdoors and In

By Carey E. Quinn

This, the first American daffodil book in fifty years, is directed to gardeners in every part of the country. Printed by Hearthside Press, Inc., New York, it was written by Carey E. Quinn and illustrated by Marguerite Burgess. The cloth boards are teal and yellow. It is dated 1959 and is a Book Club edition. There are drawings by Marguerite Burgess and 12 pages of photos. It has 204 pages and measures 8.5 by 5.75 inches. The book and dust jacket are in very good condition. There is a small bump to the bottom edge of the front board and light sun fading on the spine as well as a tiny piece missing from the dust jacket. This very tight copy is an authoritative guide for both the amateur and expert gardener.
